  1. Attach V-bar to high pulley
  2. Sit with thighs under pads
  3. Grip V-bar with palms facing each other
  4. Pull V-bar to upper chest
  5. Drive elbows down and close to body
  6. Squeeze lats at bottom
  7. Control the return
