Pull-up with added weight for advanced training.

  1. Attach weight to dip belt
  2. Or hold dumbbell between feet
  3. Grip bar with overhand grip
  4. Pull up until chin over bar
  5. Control the added weight
  6. Lower slowly
  7. Maintain strict form
