Combo lateral raise into front raise with dumbbells. Hits side and front delts in one continuous arc.
やり方
- ダンベルを体側に持ち腕を伸ばす
- 肩の高さまで横に上げる(サイドレイズ)
- 下ろさず前方の肩の高さへスイープ
- 体側に制御して下ろす
- 肘は軽く曲げたまま
