Rear Delt Fly Seated (Dumbbell)

Seated bent over dumbbell fly for rear delts.

Technique

  1. Sit on bench, lean forward at hips
  2. Hold dumbbells below knees
  3. Raise arms out to sides
  4. Lead with elbows
  5. Squeeze rear delts at top
  6. Lower with control
  7. Keep chest against thighs
