Floor-seated lat pulldown with parallel grip for extended range of motion.

Technique

  1. Sit on floor facing cable machine
  2. Grip parallel handle attachment
  3. Extend arms fully overhead
  4. Pull handle down to upper chest
  5. Drive elbows down and back
  6. Squeeze lats at bottom
  7. Control the return
