  1. Sit with knees bent, feet off floor or down
  2. Lean back slightly to engage core
  3. Clasp hands together in front
  4. Rotate torso side to side
  5. Touch hands to floor each side
  6. Keep chest up and core tight
  7. Control the rotation speed
