Rotational exercise swinging landmine side to side.

  1. Hold end of landmine barbell
  2. Arms extended in front at chest height
  3. Rotate torso to bring bar to one hip
  4. Control the arc of movement
  5. Rotate to opposite hip
  6. Keep arms relatively straight
  7. Core engaged throughout
