Incline Chest Fly (Dumbbell)

Fly movement on incline bench for upper chest.

Technique

  1. Set bench to 30-45 degree angle
  2. Hold dumbbells above upper chest
  3. Lower in arc with fixed elbow angle
  4. Feel stretch in upper chest
  5. Squeeze to bring weights together
  6. Don't go too deep
  7. Keep tension on upper chest
