Incline Bench Press (Barbell)

Bench press on incline for upper chest emphasis.

Technique

  1. Set bench to 30-45 degree angle
  2. Grip bar slightly wider than shoulders
  3. Lower bar to upper chest
  4. Press up and slightly back
  5. Keep shoulder blades retracted
  6. Full lockout at top
  7. Don't bounce bar off chest
