Goblet Squat (Cable)

Goblet squat using a cable handle held at chest.

Technique

  1. Hold weight at chest with both hands
  2. Feet shoulder-width or wider
  3. Squat down between legs
  4. Elbows can touch inside of knees
  5. Go to full depth
  6. Drive up through heels
  7. Great for learning squat form
