Incline Hammer Press (Kettlebell)

Incline neutral-grip (hammer) press with kettlebells. Bell hangs below the wrist creating extra stability demand.

تکنیک

  1. Lie back on an incline bench holding a kettlebell in each hand
  2. Position kettlebells at shoulder level with neutral (palms-facing) grip
  3. Press kettlebells straight up until arms are extended
  4. Lower kettlebells with control to starting position
  5. Keep wrists stable and core braced
