Bench Press (Barbell)

Classic compound chest pressing exercise.

تکنیک

  1. Lie flat with eyes under bar
  2. Grip slightly wider than shoulder width
  3. Arch back slightly, retract shoulder blades
  4. Unrack and lower bar to mid-chest
  5. Press bar up to lockout
  6. Keep feet flat on floor
  7. Control both phases of movement
