تکنیک

  1. Lie flat with dumbbells at chest level
  2. Palms facing forward
  3. Press dumbbells up together
  4. Touch or nearly touch at top
  5. Lower to deep chest stretch
  6. Keep shoulder blades retracted
  7. Greater range of motion than barbell
