Bent Over Row (Machine)

Plate-loaded bent-over row using a fixed barbell on a row machine — like a T-bar/landmine row, hands grip the handles attached to the bar.

  1. Straddle T-bar or landmine setup
  2. Grip handles with both hands
  3. Hinge at hips, back flat
  4. Pull weight toward chest
  5. Squeeze shoulder blades at top
  6. Lower with control
  7. Keep core braced
