Plate-loaded bent-over row using a fixed barbell on a row machine — like a T-bar/landmine row, hands grip the handles attached to the bar.

- Grip handles with both hands
- Hinge at hips, back flat
- Pull weight toward chest
- Squeeze shoulder blades at top
- Lower with control
