Technique

  1. Start in push-up position on dumbbells
  2. Feet wide for stability
  3. Row one dumbbell to hip
  4. Keep hips level, no rotation
  5. Lower and alternate sides
  6. Engage core throughout
  7. Use hexagonal dumbbells
