Technique

  1. Grip barbell shoulder-width or wider
  2. Hinge at hips, back flat at 45 degrees
  3. Pull bar to lower chest or upper abs
  4. Drive elbows back, squeeze shoulder blades
  5. Lower with control
  6. Keep core braced throughout
  7. Don't use excessive body English
