Lying Biceps Curl (Cable)

Biceps curl performed lying on a bench with a low cable; provides constant tension throughout the range of motion.

Technique

  1. Lie face-up on a bench positioned in front of a low pulley
  2. Grip the bar attachment with an underhand grip
  3. Keep elbows fixed by your sides
  4. Curl the bar up toward your shoulders
  5. Lower the bar with control to full arm extension
