Lat Pulldown Wide Single Arm (Machine)

Seated single arm wide lat pulldown on machine for unilateral lat work.

Technique

  1. Sit at wide pulldown machine
  2. Grip one handle with wide arm position
  3. Pull handle down to shoulder
  4. Drive elbow out and down
  5. Squeeze lat at bottom
  6. Control the return
  7. Complete all reps then switch
