Technique

  1. Sit at plate-loaded pulldown machine
  2. Grip handles with palms facing you
  3. Pull handles down to upper chest
  4. Drive elbows down and close to body
  5. Squeeze lats at bottom
  6. Control the return
  7. Keep wrists straight
