Incline Hammer Press (Kettlebell)
Incline neutral-grip (hammer) press with kettlebells. Bell hangs below the wrist creating extra stability demand.
Technique
- Lie back on an incline bench holding a kettlebell in each hand
- Position kettlebells at shoulder level with neutral (palms-facing) grip
- Press kettlebells straight up until arms are extended
- Lower kettlebells with control to starting position
- Keep wrists stable and core braced
