Incline Hammer Press (Band)

Incline neutral-grip (hammer) press using a resistance band anchored behind the bench.

Technique

  1. Anchor the band behind an incline bench at low height
  2. Lie back and grip the handles with neutral (palms-facing) grip
  3. Press handles up over chest until arms are straight
  4. Lower handles to chest level with control
  5. Keep elbows tucked at about 45 degrees from torso
