تکنیک

  1. Hold dumbbell at chest in goblet position
  2. Step forward into lunge
  3. Lower until back knee near floor
  4. Push through front foot
  5. Step directly into next lunge
  6. Continuous walking motion
  7. Keep torso upright and core tight
