Fundamental compound leg exercise with bar on back.

  1. Bar rests on upper traps or rear delts
  2. Feet shoulder-width or wider
  3. Brace core and descend
  4. Knees track over toes
  5. Go to parallel or below
  6. Drive up through heels
  7. Keep chest up throughout
