Squat with bar held in front rack position.

  1. Bar rests on front delts
  2. Elbows high, upper arms parallel
  3. Clean grip or crossed arms
  4. Descend keeping torso upright
  5. Go to full depth
  6. Drive up through heels
  7. More quad emphasis than back squat
