تکنیک

  1. Set rings at appropriate height
  2. Grip rings with straight wrists
  3. Maintain body in straight line
  4. Lower chest between rings
  5. Rings require more stabilization
  6. Push up to full lockout
  7. Turn rings out at top for harder variation
