Biceps curl performed lying on a bench with a low cable; provides constant tension throughout the range of motion.

- Lie face-up on a bench positioned in front of a low pulley
- Grip the bar attachment with an underhand grip
- Keep elbows fixed by your sides
- Curl the bar up toward your shoulders
- Lower the bar with control to full arm extension
