  1. Set bench to 45-60 degree incline
  2. Position bench facing away from cable
  3. Let arms hang back for full stretch
  4. Curl handles toward shoulders
  5. Keep elbows fixed at sides
  6. Squeeze biceps at top
  7. Lower with control
