Bicep curl using rope attachment on cable.

تکنیک

  1. Attach rope to low pulley
  2. Grip with neutral/hammer grip
  3. Curl rope toward shoulders
  4. Spread rope apart at top
  5. Squeeze biceps hard
  6. Lower with control
  7. Keep elbows stationary
