Gorilla Row (Kettlebell)

Alternating kettlebell rows from hinged position.

  1. Place two kettlebells between feet
  2. Hinge at hips, grab both handles
  3. Row one kettlebell while other stays down
  4. Keep back flat throughout
  5. Alternate sides each rep
  6. Engage core to prevent rotation
  7. Control the weight
