Crunch (Cable)

Kneeling crunch using cable resistance.

  1. Kneel facing cable machine
  2. Hold rope behind head or at forehead
  3. Keep hips stationary throughout
  4. Crunch by flexing spine not hips
  5. Bring elbows toward knees
  6. Squeeze abs at bottom
  7. Return slowly
