Zottman Curl (Dumbbell)

Curl with rotation: supinated up, pronated down.

Technique

  1. Start with palms facing forward
  2. Curl up with normal supinated grip
  3. Rotate to palms down at top
  4. Lower with palms facing down
  5. Rotate back to palms up at bottom
  6. Repeat the cycle
  7. Works all forearm functions
