Meadows Rows (Barbell)

Technique

  1. Stand perpendicular to landmine
  2. Stagger stance, lean forward
  3. Grip end of barbell with one hand
  4. Row in arc toward hip
  5. Drive elbow high and back
  6. Squeeze lat at top
  7. Lower with control
