Ipsilateral Single Leg Stiff Leg Deadlift (Dumbbell)

Single-leg stiff-leg deadlift holding dumbbell on the same side as the working leg.

Technique

  1. Hold dumbbells at thighs
  2. Keep legs nearly straight
  3. Lower by hinging at hips
  4. Dumbbells travel down legs
  5. Go as low as flexibility allows
  6. Return to standing
  7. Keep back flat
