Hammer Curl to Press (Dumbbell)
Hammer curl flowing into an overhead press. Combines biceps curl with shoulder press in one continuous movement.
Technique
- Stand holding dumbbells at sides with neutral (palms-facing) grip
- Curl dumbbells up to shoulder level keeping palms facing each other
- Rotate palms forward and press dumbbells overhead
- Lower dumbbells to shoulders, rotating palms back to neutral
- Lower dumbbells to sides with control
