تکنیک

  1. Sit at preacher bench
  2. Rest arm on angled pad
  3. Start with dumbbell at full extension
  4. Curl toward shoulder
  5. Keep elbow on pad throughout
  6. Lower with control
  7. Complete all reps then switch
