تکنیک

  1. Lie on back with legs straight
  2. Place hands under glutes for support
  3. Raise legs until perpendicular to floor
  4. Keep legs straight throughout
  5. Lower slowly with control
  6. Press lower back into floor
  7. Don't let feet touch between reps
