Lunge Lateral (Dumbbell)

Side lunge for lateral movement training.

تکنیک

  1. Hold dumbbells at chest or sides
  2. Step wide to one side
  3. Bend stepping leg, keep other straight
  4. Sit hips back
  5. Push back to center
  6. Alternate sides
  7. Great for hip mobility
