Bent Over Row Narrow (Cable)

Bent-over cable row with a narrow grip.

تکنیک

  1. Sit at cable row station
  2. Feet on platform, knees slightly bent
  3. Grip handle with chosen attachment
  4. Pull handle to lower chest/upper abs
  5. Squeeze shoulder blades together
  6. Control return to stretch
  7. Keep torso upright
