Russian Twist (Weighted)

Seated rotation with added weight using a dumbbell, plate, kettlebell, or medicine ball.

Technique

  1. Hold dumbbell, plate, kettlebell, or ball
  2. Sit with knees bent, feet on floor
  3. Lean back slightly, keep back straight
  4. Rotate torso side to side
  5. Touch weight to floor each side
  6. Keep arms extended
  7. Control the weight throughout
