Lateral to Front Raise (Dumbbell)

Combo lateral raise into front raise with dumbbells. Hits side and front delts in one continuous arc.

Technique

  1. Stand holding dumbbells at your sides with arms straight
  2. Raise dumbbells out to the sides to shoulder height (lateral raise)
  3. Without lowering, sweep dumbbells in front to shoulder height (front raise)
  4. Lower dumbbells back to your sides with control
  5. Maintain a slight bend in elbows throughout
