Spider Curl (EZ Bar)

EZ bar curl lying chest-down on incline bench for constant tension.

تکنیک

  1. Lie chest-down on incline bench
  2. Arms hang straight down
  3. Grip EZ bar on angled portions
  4. Curl bar toward face
  5. Keep upper arms perpendicular to floor
  6. Squeeze biceps at top
  7. Lower with full extension
