تکنیک

  1. Set cables at shoulder height
  2. Cross cables and grip opposite handles
  3. Pull arms back and out to sides
  4. Squeeze rear delts at contraction
  5. Return with control
  6. Keep slight elbow bend
  7. Don't let shoulders roll forward
