تکنیک

  1. Adjust seat height so arms rest on pad
  2. Grip handles with palms up
  3. Curl handles toward shoulders
  4. Don't lift elbows off pad
  5. Squeeze at the top
  6. Lower with control
  7. Full stretch at bottom
