تکنیک

  1. Set up like deadlift with wider grip
  2. Torso parallel to floor
  3. Pull bar explosively to lower chest
  4. Lower bar to floor each rep
  5. Reset position between reps
  6. Keep back flat throughout
  7. No momentum from body
