تکنیک

  1. Grip bar just outside shoulders
  2. Bar starts at upper chest/front shoulders
  3. Press straight up overhead
  4. Move head back slightly as bar passes
  5. Lock out at top
  6. Lower to starting position
  7. Keep core tight throughout
