Hip hinge explosive swing with kettlebell.

  1. Hinge at hips, grip kettlebell
  2. Swing bell back between legs
  3. Drive hips forward explosively
  4. Let arms swing to shoulder height
  5. Squeeze glutes at top
  6. Control swing back down
  7. Power comes from hips not arms
