Preacher curl using EZ bar for wrist comfort.

تکنیک

  1. Sit at preacher bench
  2. Grip EZ bar on angled portions
  3. Rest arms on pad
  4. Curl bar toward shoulders
  5. Don't lift elbows off pad
  6. Full extension at bottom
  7. Control throughout
