Deadlift (Barbell)

Fundamental compound lift picking weight from floor.

تکنیک

  1. Stand with feet hip-width, bar over mid-foot
  2. Grip bar just outside legs
  3. Hinge at hips, bend knees to reach bar
  4. Keep back flat, chest up
  5. Drive through floor, extend hips and knees
  6. Stand fully upright at top
  7. Lower by hinging hips first
