Bulgarian Split Squat (Barbell)

Bulgarian split squat with a barbell on the upper back and rear foot elevated.

  1. Position barbell on upper back
  2. Place rear foot on bench behind
  3. Lower body by bending front knee
  4. Front knee tracks over toes
  5. Go until back knee near floor
  6. Drive up through front heel
  7. Keep torso upright, complete reps then switch
