Lying tricep extension with EZ bar for wrist comfort.

Technique

  1. Lie on flat bench
  2. Grip EZ bar on angled portions
  3. Arms extended above chest
  4. Lower bar toward forehead
  5. Keep upper arms vertical
  6. Extend back to lockout
  7. Easier on wrists than straight bar
